This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for Onsport ecosystem, iOS ecosystem Onsport mobile app and our websites: http://ifas-sport.org, http://ifassport.online and https://ifassport.org. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this websites, except where stated otherwise. It will notify you of the following:

– With whom it is shared;

– How it can be corrected;

– How it is secured;

– How privacy practice changes will be communicated;

– How to address concerns over misuse of personal data.

The use of ecosystem services means the User’s unconditional consent to this Privacy Policy and the conditions for processing his personal information specified therein; in case of disagreement with these conditions, the User must refrain from using the services.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this sites.

We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us through the registration form or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g.:

– registration / creation of performances in online tournaments and offline tournaments created on the onsport platform by third parties.

– providing conditions for participation in a particular tournament.

– notifications about received awards and prizes.

– sending prizes and awards using online services, postal and courier services.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to these privacy practices.

Children’s privacy

Our ecosystem and our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 14. Parents or legal representatives can register a personal account for their child and use the platform on behalf and in the interests of their child until the age of majority.

In the event that we learn that we have gathered personal information from anyone under the age of 14 without the consent of a parent or legal representatives, we will delete that information as soon as possible.

Registration

In order to use certain parts of this ecosystem, a user must first complete the registration form or create an account.

During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name, surname  and date of birth).

We share personal information with online tournament and offline tournament organizers who create products and services on our ecosystem platforms.

We do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for the Ecosystem, such as the servers for our email communications who are provided access to user’s email address for purposes of sending emails from us.

We may share Personal Information with outside parties if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to meet any applicable legal process or enforceable governmental request; to enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations; address fraud, security or technical concerns; or to protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public as required or permitted by law.

Non-Personal Information

In general, we use Non-Personal Information to help us improve the Service and customize the user experience. We also aggregate Non-Personal Information in order to track trends and analyze use patterns on the Ecosystem. This document does not limit in any way our use or disclosure of Non-Personal Information and we reserve the right to use and disclose such Non-Personal Information to our partners, advertisers and other third parties at our discretion.
